Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS) for electric and hybrid vehicles

The SENTINEL B Series actively regulates the temperature of traction batteries, both during cooling and preheating, to maintain their performance and service life in all conditions.

Its multi-loop architecture natively integrates a PTC heater and a reversible heat pump, with two operating modes: passive to maximise energy efficiency, or active for precise and adaptive control.

Designed for real-world conditions

Modular and reconfigurable, the system adapts to installation constraints, extreme climatic environments and intensive operating cycles. It is delivered pre-charged with refrigerant (R134a or R1234yf) to simplify commissioning and reduce integration times.

Its scope can be extended to include cooling of the power electronics and traction motor, providing a complete thermal solution for the powertrain.

Options

EDAS interface: real-time monitoring and data acquisition (SNDC).
