ECOCLIM Fluides: Refrigerant Management Software

SNDC ECOCLIM launches ECOCLIM Fluides, refrigerant fluid management software that is fully compliant with current legislation.

Current regulations require any company working on air conditioning systems to comply with the following:

  • Keep a documented record of work carried out
  • Trace all movements for each type of refrigerant for inclusion in mandatory annual declarations
  • Be audited on site in order to maintain certification of professional competence

ECOCLIM Fluides is a software programme designed to record and manage your day-to-day fluid movements. It allows you to:

  • Register operators who you transfer fluids to
  • Register your assessed and authorised technicians
  • Register your tools, customers and customer equipment
  • Manage different categories of refrigerants (R134a, R404, R1234yf, etc.)
  • Manage your receipts and refrigerant stocks
  • Manage your transfers of refrigerants to other companies
  • Edit and archive your work record sheets and/or CERFA documentation
  • Publish your mandatory annual declaration of refrigerant movements
  • Publish your mandatory annual declaration of refrigerant purchases and transfers
